What people are saying

What sets Jennifer apart from the rest is her genuine caring for her clients. She went above and beyond to check in and make sure I was feeling better and that my symptoms had not returned. She is approachable and knowledgeable from all aspects of holistic health. She is someone I feel I can turn to for any health concern big or small.

~Katie Dalebout

I have had muscular skeletal issues for over five years. Since its onset, I have consulted numerous doctors and tried multiple pain medications, all without improvement. Last spring I began working with Jennifer. We evaluated what I was eating and made small nutritional changes that made a BIG difference. Now, my pain is almost entirely gone and I feel better than I have in years!

~Robyn Mathers

Jennifer took time to learn about me and educated me on why I was overweight and how my body was responding to the all the processed food I was consuming. She gave me suggestions on what I could do to improve my health and emphasized the importance of looking at food from a nutritional perspective instead of caloric. Jennifer's understanding of food and its effects on our bodies makes it easy!

Apple Carrots Basil Leeks Cranberries Asparagus Lemons Yogurt

Apples reduce heart disease, improve memory and reduce the risk of lung, breast and colon cancer. They decrease wrinkles, stabilize blood sugar, reduce allergies and can improve hair growth. In addition, the pectin in apples can also bind with heavy metals and other toxic compounds like pesticides to help remove them from the digestive tract.

Carrots are high in minerals and are an excellent source of beta-carotene. They are good for eye disorders, cataracts, tooth disorders, skin care, nervous disorders, indigestion, constipation, diarrhea, arthritis, gout and lung ailments like chronic cough and cancer.

Basil protects chromosomes from radiation and oxygen-based "free radical" damage. In addition, basil is anti-parasitic, anti-bacterial and has anti-inflammatory properties. Basil also helps prevent free radicals from oxidizing cholesterol in the blood stream and keeps hormones in balance.

Leeks contain anti-cancer compounds especially beneficial for fighting prostate and colon cancers. They lower blood pressure, help reduce intestinal bloating, improve digestion and repopulate the 'good' bacteria in the intestines. Leeks also help reduce the oxidation of LDL cholesterol in the blood and reduce the absorption of cholesterol from the intestines.

Cranberries are best known for their ability to help with urinary tract infections (UTI's) however, cranberries have powerful anti-cancer agents especially helpful for the breast, colon, lung and prostate. Cranberries also benefit the cardiovascular system and have anti-inflammatory benefits. * Be sure the juice/berries are pure with no additives like sugar or high fructose corn syrup. To sweetened use raw blue agave syrup or stevia.

Asparagus are an excellent source of Vitamin C, A, K, and B vitamins—especially folic acid. Blending raw asparagus has been known to reverse heart disease, stabilize blood pressure, improve kidney function and prevent or reverse some forms of cancer particularly colon, kidney, lymphatic, prostate and stomach. Simply blend (or juice) 5 to 6 spears with 1-cup water in the blender and drink daily.

Lemons are one of natures best detox foods. When added to water they purify and stimulate the liver, stabilize electrolytes, aid digestion, balance pH and help the bowels eliminate. In addition, they can also help lower blood pressure.

Yogurt maximizes nutrient absorption into the body keeping the digestive system and immune system healthy. The lactobacillus (also called probiotics or the 'good' bacteria) helps balance the body's yeast levels, which can prevent yeast and urinary tract infections. Yogurt has also been known to help with gastrointestinal problems such as constipation, diarrhea, lactose intolerance, food intolerance, blood sugar problems and irritable bowl syndrome. It can also help prevent ulcers and stomach cancer.

Can You Help Me Save My Ovary?

Question: Can Nutrition Response Testing help shrink ovarian cysts?

    Answer: Yes!

Recently a patient of mine was told by her OBGYN that she had a 5mm cyst on her ovary. After experiencing painful periods, cramping and heavy bleeding, her M.D told her if it didn’t shrink in six weeks she would need to have the ovary removed. Not wanting to have surgery nor lose her ovary, she asked me if there was anything we could do with Nutrition Response Testing to help; my answer was, absolutely yes.

    Nutrition Response Testing

Nutrition Response Testing is a non-invasive system of analyzing nutritional deficiencies in the body, which helps the practitioner determine the underlying cause of ill health as well as which areas are working well and which ones need a little help.

    Sickening Sweet Sodas

(NaturalNews) Back away from the soda drink and no one gets arrested. That is, unless it is properly poisoned with officially sanctioned artificial sweetener. Then - go ahead, tank up because New York City Mayor, Mike Bloomberg is now pushing to outlaw all sugar sweetened drinks over the size of 16 ounces by March of 2013 - but intends to exonerate all artificially sweetened "diet" drinks. Keep in mind that this is the same Nanny State Mayor Mike who just helped pass out free donuts for the city's "National Donut Day" and also issued an official proclamation endorsing this dough-nutty event.

Green drink is a blender drink of “live food.” Blending greens (as well as fruits and other vegetables) liberates 92-94% of the vitamins and minerals—a great return on investment and instant usable nutrition. Chewing on the other hand only liberates 2-6% of the vitamins and minerals—hard work for little pay!
